Ginger Pork Chops

4 rib pork chops

1 can ginger Ale

Salt and Pepper

Salt and pepper chops to your taste.

Arrange in pan. Cover with half of ginger ale

and simmer on medium heat until ginger ale has evaporated.

Turn chops and add remaining ginger ale.

Reduce to low heat and simmer until ginger is again evaporated.
