3 cups grated zucchini
1 cup Bisquick
1 small onion, chopped
4 eggs
1/2 txp butter
1/2 cup oil
1/4 tsp pepper and salt
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Bake in 10 inch pie plate at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 5 or 6.
