BANNOCK


1 cup whole wheat flour

½ cup all-purpose flour

½ tsp. salt

2 tbsp. melted butter

½ cup rolled oats

1/3 cup raisins

1 tbsp.sugar

¾ cup water

2 tsp. baking powder

Stir together flours, oats, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Add melted butter, raisins and water, adding more water if needed to make a sticky dough.

Pat into greased pie plate and bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes or until browned. Cut into wedges.
