3 Tablespoon of Margarine
3 Pounds of Fresh Codfish
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Large Onion, sliced
4 Bacon Strips
1 Lemon, cut in wedges
Place 1/2 the margarine in a shallow baking dish. Add fresh codfish in a single layer and season with salt and pepper. Spread onion slices over fish, then top with remaining margarine and bacon strips. Bake at 375 degrees F. (190 degrees C.) for 15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
