Butter Brickle Ice Cream Pie

Topping:

2 cups flour

1/2 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup butter

Melt butter, add flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and pecans. Put on a large cookie sheet and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Crumble while hot.


Filling:

1 jar Kraft caramel sauce

1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Spread 1/2 of the crumbs into a 9x13 inch pan. Drizzle 1/2 caramel sauce over crumbs. Spread ice cream over crumbs and add remaining crumbs. Drizzle remaining caramel sauce over crumbs. Freeze until ready to use.
