CHICKEN CURRY

4 Chicken breasts cut into large pieces

2 onions, minced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp. turmeric

1 tbsp. cumin

1 tbsp. ground ginger

1 tbsp. chill powder

4 tbsp. butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup water


Directions:


Saute chicken pieces in butter until golden. Remove from pan. Add onions, garlic and spices.

Gently saute 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add cream, hot water and chicken. Simmer until chicken is tender and sauce is reduced to

about 1/2 original amount.
