Cranberry Chicken

14oz cranberry sauce

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup orange juice concentrate

1/4 cup soy sauce

4lb skinless chicken pieces

In medium saucepan, combine sauce, honey, oragne juice and soy

sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Place chicken pieces in 9X13 inch pan, pour sauce over the chicken.

Bake at 375F for 1 hour
