CRISPY LEMON COOKIES

1 C butter

1 C white sugar

1 egg

1 tbsp. milk

2 tsp. lemon extract

1 tsp. vanilla

2 ½ C flour

½ tsp. baking soda


Cream the butter and sugar and beat in the egg and milk. Combine the flour and baking soda and gradually add to the creamed mixture. Shape into 1" balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheets. Flatten with a fork dipped in white sugar. Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes or lightly browned.
