Lemon Pudding

2 tbsp. butter or margarine softened Add 1 cup sugar Add 2 egg yolks Cream the top 3 items together Add 1 cup milk 2 tbsp flour 1 rind of lemon juice of 1 lemon

Whip 2 egg whites stiff and fold into mix Pour into buttered casserole dish Place casserole dish into a dish with1.5 inches of hot water Bake in oven at 350°F on medium rack until the pudding is brown on top.
