1 ¾ C flour
2/3 C brown sugar
2 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 egg
¾ C milk
2/3 C peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
¼ C canola oil
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
1 C milk chocolate chips
Combine the flour, brown sugar & baking powder and set aside. Combine the egg, milk, peanut butter, oil and vanilla. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the chocolate chips. Place batter in prepared muffins pans. Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
