PINEAPPLE CHERRY BREAD

3/4 Cup of Sugar

1/2 Cup of Butter

2 Eggs

1 Teaspoon of Vanilla

1/2 Cup of Chopped Cherries

3/4 Cup of Crushed Pineapple, drained

2 Cups of Flour

1/4 Teaspoon of Soda

3 Teaspoons of Baking Powder

1/2 Teaspoon of Salt

1/3 Cup of Pineapple Juice


Cream sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla.

Add cherries and pineapple.

Stir in sifted dry ingredients alternately with juice. Blend well.

Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour
