Puddle Cake

1/2 cup oil

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

Dash salt

1 cup sour cream

2 cups diced fruit

1 tbsp butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

Mix the first 8 ingredients together. Add sour cream and fruit. Put into a greased 9X13 inch pan. Mix together butter, brown sugar and cinnamon; splatter on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes.
