Red Sneaker SAlmon

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced

1 tsp. prepared mustard

1 salmon or other freshwater fish fillet

1/4 tsp. each of salt and pepper

1/4 tsp. garlic powder


Combine mayonnaise, onions and mustard in small mixing bowl. Set aside.

Place fillet, skin side down, on broiler pan sprayed with non-stick vegetable

spray. Place under broiler and broil for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and apread fillet with the mayonnaise mixture.

Broil for another 10 - 15 minutes or until fish begins to flake and the top

is golden brown.
