SALMON FILLETS OR STEAKS

1/2 C sour cream

2 tbsp melted butter

2 tsp minced onion

1/2 tsp dill weed

1/4 tsp dried thyme

pinch of salt & pepper

2 salmon fillets or steaks


Combine the first 6 ingredients together. Place salmon (skin side down) on a buttered pan and cover with sour cream mixture. Bake at 425F for about 12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
