BAKED SOUR CREAM CHICKEN

3 lb split chicken breasts

1 – 10oz can cream of mushroom soup

1 pkg. dry mushroom soup mix

1 cup sour cream


Instructions:


Blend soup, soup mix and sour cream. Place chicken breasts in ovenproof dish. Pour soup mix over the chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours. Serve with rice or noodles. YIELD: Six servings.
