2 lbs ground beef
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 onion - chopped
1 1/2 cups beef broth (or more if required)
3 diced potates
3 diced carrots
Method:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet then transfer to the slow cooker, pour the beef broth over the meat and then put all other ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on slow for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
