BEEF STEW CASSEROLE

1 lb stewing beef

1 C carrots

1 C potatoes

1 C celery

1 C onions

1 tsp salt

1 tsp white sugar

2 tbsp tapioca

1 C tomato juice or V8 juice


Place all the ingredients in a roasting pan. Cover and cook 4 hours at 250 degrees.
