2 C white sugar
2 C brown sugar
½ C milk
2 tbsp. corn syrup
½ C cocoa
½ C butter
¼ tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
½ C chopped walnuts
1 C flour
Combine the white sugar, brown sugar, milk and corn syrup in a saucepan. Boil and stir until the mixture reaches 235°F on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Add the cocoa, butter and flavourings and mix well. Add the walnuts and flour and mix until smooth. Pour into a parchment lined 8X8"pan and refrigerate until set.
