1/2 Cup of Butter
1/2 Cup of Sugar
1/2 Tsp. of Salt
1 1/4 Cups of Flour
2 Tsp. of Baking Powder
1/2 Cup of Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup of Milk
1/2 Cup of Maple Syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Soften butter and blend in sugar.
Add dry ingredients and blend with pastry cutter until crumbly.
Mix in oats.
Blend milk and maple syrup together and pour over dry ingredients
stirring only to moisten.
Spoon into paper lined or greased muffin pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
