2 tbsp. melted butter with
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 cup white sugar
1 cup flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
Milk
Directions:
Break egg in a cup and fill with milk. Add to dry ingredients, then
add the cocoa/butter mixture. Beat well. Pour into 8X8 inch pan
(or make 16 cupcakes). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
