Never Fail Chocolate Fudge

2 cups brown sugar

6 Tbsp of butter

6 Tbsp milk

2 Tbsp of cocoa

2 cups icing sugar

Chopped nuts if desired

In saucepan mix together brown sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa. Boil for two minutes. Remove from heat and add icing sugar and chopped nuts. Beat until smooth. Pour into a grease 9x9 pan.
