PINEAPPLE & RICE CASSEROLE

2 C cooked rice

2 C cooked ham, cubed

1 (398 ml) can crushed pineapple, undrained

½ C brown sugar

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. dry mustard


Combine all the ingredients. Spoon into a greased baking dish and bake (uncovered) at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
