2 eggs 2 Tbsp soft butter 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup poppy seeds 1 cup sour cream 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp baking powder
Cream together eggs, butter and sugar. Add poppy seeds and sour cream. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture until just blended. Pour into greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes. Makes 12 large muffins.
