Rhubarb Cake

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1/2 cup melted margarine

2 eggs

1 cup sour milk

1 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda (mix well into flour)

2 1/2 cups raw diced rhubarb

1/2 cup white sugar mixed with 1tsp cinnamon


Mix first 8 ingredients and pour into 9X13 inch pan. Top with white sugar cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
