SOUR CREAM PEACH PIE

1 - 10" unbaked pie shell

6 peaches (about 4 C) (peeled & sliced)

1/2 C white sugar

1/4 C flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1 C sour cream

Topping:

2 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Combine the sugar, flour and cinnamon and add the peaches. Stir in the sour cream and place the mixture into the unbaked pie shell.

Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the peach mixture.

Bake at 450F for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350F and continue baking for about 30 minutes.
