WONDERFUL POTATO CASSEROLE

4 lbs (about 12 medium) potatoes, cooked & mashed

1 - 8 oz pkg. cream cheese

1 C sour cream

2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Combine all of the ingredients and mix well and place in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown (about 1 hour).
