4 cups dry white beans
1/4 cup brown sugar or molasses
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp salt
1/2 lb breakfast bacon
Wash Beans, soak overnight, drain and cover with fresh cold water.
Cook beans until skins start to split, drain and place in a bean pot.
Mix the mustard, molasses and salt with one cup of boiling water
and pour over beans. Add sufficient boiling water to cover beans.
Lay strips of bacon on top and bake in a slow over (250 degrees F)
for 6-8 hours.
