Honey Garlic Wings

2 lbs chicken wings

2 tbsp. wine vinegar

2 tbsp. oil

2 tbsp. soya sauce

2 large garlic cloves, crushed

2 tbsp. orange marmalade

2 tbsp. honey

2 tbsp. lemon juice

Wash the wings, cut in half at the joint and discard tips.

Combine the ingredients in a large shallow baking dish. Place the wings in the dish, turning to coat each wing and allow to marinate for 1 hour or more, turning several times to coat. Bake uncovered at 350°F for approximately 1 hour, turning occasionally to baste.
